| ROBERT R. DAORO, CPA |

Bob Daoro is Managing Partner of DZH LLP, while also performing as an active Audit and Accounting Services Partner. His service to clients includes responsibility for audits, reviews, and compilations; management consulting and advisory assistance (which may include projects such as forecasting, budgeting, writing business plans, and helping to secure financing); participation in tax planning, strategic planning, personal financial planning and succession planning.
With more than thirty years in public accounting, Bob has acquired particularly in-depth experience with investment partnerships, law firms, the travel industry, general contractors, personnel agencies and personal service companies.
Before becoming one of the three founding partners of DZH LLP, Bob was a founder and managing partner of Wilson, McCall & Daoro, formerly one of San |
Francisco 's leading local CPA firms. His first professional affiliation was as Audit Manager with the national firm of Alexander Grant & Co., the predecessor firm of today's Grant Thornton.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Council for International Trade. Bob is also an active member of the Management of Accounting Practice Executive Committee for CPAmerica International.
Bob performs community-directed volunteer efforts through nonprofit organizations. He is a board member for Compass Community Services, Inc., a long-established San Francisco agency with a focus on the disadvantaged and homeless. He was also Treasurer for Educational Foundation of Orinda, which provides financial support for the public schools in Orinda .
Bob received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from San Francisco State University, an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University . |

| H. KIMBERLY ZYDEL, CPA |

Kim Zydel is both a founding partner and Tax Partner of DZH LLP. Her years of professional experience provide a full range of tax planning and compliance services to corporations, partnerships, individuals, trusts and estates, and clients in the nonprofit sector. Much of Kim's experience has been in services to real estate partnerships, as well as small and family-owned businesses. These services typically involve all areas of personal and business tax planning and compliance, including issues relating to trusts, estates, and international operations.
Kim has assisted many of our clients in adopting more advantageous tax positions, including areas such as change in accounting method, business structure, like-kind exchanges, and use of installment sales reporting.
Prior to becoming a founding partner with DZH LLP, Kim was Tax Partner with the |
San Francisco CPA practice of Wilson, McCall & Daoro. She began her career with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche), one of the largest public accounting firms in the world.
She actively participates in industry seminars and teaches tax seminars for our professional staff as well as for our clients. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has served on the tax review team for CPAmerica, International.
Kim received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from California State University at Long Beach and her Master of Science Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University . Kim has pursued courses in certified financial planning at U.C. Berkeley. |

| JANET L. HOLLAND, CPA |

Janet Holland is a founding partner of Daoro Zydel & Holland. She is also responsible for technical review of all financial statements, as well as being the lead member of our internal team for quality control of financial statements. Her client base consists primarily of clients requiring audited or reviewed financial statements. Janet's industry experience areas are privately held companies and nonprofit organizations, with emphasis on residential real estate (including affordable housing projects), nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, and construction companies.
Janet started in public accounting with Wilson, McCall & Daoro in 1983, rising to become an audit partner with this San Francisco firm.
Janet graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Immediately after graduation, she worked for Bank of America in the International Accounting Department.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and an active peer reviewer for CPAmerica, an association of CPA firms throughout the United States and internationally. Janet is also a member of the California Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and has participated as a speaker at the annual CAHSA conference and at local meetings. Janet currently services on the finance committee for CAHSA.
Janet is a board member Treasurer of Bethany Center Senior Housing, the current President of the Board of Regents of Sacred Heart Cathedral High School, and a former board member of Friends of Recreation and Parks, all in San Francisco.
Janet is the author of HUD Audit Procedures, a reference guide for CPAs performing audits of HUD-assisted projects, published periodically by Harcourt Brace Professional Publishing (now Aspen Publishing). |

Amy R. Allen, CPA |

Amy Allen is a partner with Daoro Zydel & Holland. Her experience includes fifteen years in public accounting. She specializes in providing tax services to affluent individuals and their related businesses, trusts, estates and exempt organizations. Her experience includes working with a broad range of individual clients including venture capitalists, private equity partners, entrepreneurs/founders, corporate executives and closely-held business owners.
Amy works closely with her clients and other members of her client-service team in delivering high quality, personalized and timely service to her clients. She assists them in implementing tax minimization strategies, such as reducing exposure to alternative minimum tax, stock option planning and identifying appropriate estate and gift and charitable giving strategies.
Prior to joining DZH LLP in 2006, Amy was a senior tax manager for Deloitte & Touche. |
She has delivered various income tax presentations to employee groups and outside organizations on several tax topics, including stock option strategies and other current tax issues and planning ideas.
Amy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. |
