DZH is a full service accounting firm in San Francisco that ranks among the top public accounting firms in the Bay Area. We have three partners with more than sixty years of combined experience in public accounting.

Bob Daoro advised a client about how to restructure the ownership of a business in such a way that, upon the exit of one of the owners, the company was able to treat the exit payment as an ordinary deduction rather than as a nondeductible redemption payment.

Kim Zydel helped a client who was involved in a serious accident to negotiate with the insurance company and to restructure the claim so that it would be treated as a nontaxable personal physical injury payment rather than a taxable payment for lost compensation.

Janet Holland successfully negotiated with HUD (Housing & Urban Development) on behalf of a client to allow cash restricted and controlled by HUD to be used to pay legitimate company expenses.
